Couple to share a room may be permitted, subject to £40-£60 extra per week, please ask for detail.

Fee¹: Minimum booking is 2 weeks. Includes all bills, no breakfast or service provided other than stated above.

Full accommodation fee (or every 2 weeks) is payable at the time of or prior to checking in by cash/debit card, or credit card (subject to 3% surcharge).

1 week booking may be considered subject to £15 extra.

Deposit²: £40 non-refundable one off booking fee and £60 deposit is payable by debit/credit card when booking a room.

Deposit is refundable to you at the end of your stay when you return the keys and leave the house.

Cancellation: 1 weeks notice period is required to cancel any remaining booking. Group booking requires 2 weeks notice to cancel.

Viewing: can be arranged on your request, subject to £10 (refundable if booking a room) per appointment, payable by credit/debit card only.
